哈達瑜伽結合不同的式子及呼吸練習去平衡和放鬆身體,以及促進身體柔韌度。我們會在式子中停留,並學習把注意力集中在我們的呼吸及身體的變化,所有程度皆宜。

Hatha yoga combines different postures and breathing exercises to promote flexibility, balance and relaxation. We hold the posture as we learn to keep our focus on our breath, practicing meditation in each pose. This is the perfect place for beginners to get comfortable with yoga and for experienced practitioners to refine their practice. All levels are welcome.

Stacy embarked on her yoga journey back in 2005 . In the beginning, she was drawn to asana practice for its benefits to physical health. As she got more and more into yoga practice, Stacy was fascinated by its profound underlying wisdom.

She is deeply influenced and greatly inspired by Master Deva Biswas since 2006 . Aspiring to grasp the yogi culture, Stacy went to India 3 times with Master Deva and his dedicated followers . The combination of asana practice, pranayama ,meditation and exchange of yoga experiences with the local yogi practitioners throughout the various workshops not only to strengthen her body, but also has tamed her mind and brought her inner peace . Through time and learning, yoga philosophy has become her way of life.

After practising yoga for couple years, Stacy has realised and wanted to share the benefits of yoga practice with other pursuers . She believes that both beginners and experts can enjoy an equally rewarding experience from practising yoga. She likes to start with basic poses, through which students can build up their strength and become to learn and feel deeply with their bodies’ conditions. She hopes that, through yoga, her students can have healthier bodies, quieter minds, clearer insights and more balanced lives.
