靜心串聯瑜伽
Mindful Flow

串聯瑜伽即是以呼吸去串連一系列的瑜伽動作。我們在上課同時練習靜觀,以非判斷、完全接納和慈悲憐憫的方式去觀察自己的呼吸、情緒和身體,有助培養我們對自己及外在世界的覺察度。

這課堂節奏相對較慢,並會提供不同選擇予不同經驗的同學。這堂課主要集中加強身體的柔韌度和整體平衡,並加強以動作去跟自己身體和呼吸的連結, 適合初學或有慣常練習的同學。

“Flow” means coordinating yoga moves with breathes to flow from one pose (asana) to the next. We do also practise mindfulness during class to observe ourselves at the present moment in a non-judgmental, non-reactive and compassionate way. It is a more meditative approach to yoga as it encourages the cultivation of awareness of our inner body.

In this class, we will flow in a slower rhythm with modifications given to practitioners of different levels of experiences. More focus will be put on connecting to your breathing and the flowing movement of your body on top of developing flexibility and balance. It is suitable for both beginners and regulars!

Janice 自 2015 年開始接觸瑜伽,自此被其強大的療癒力量吸引,而憑藉前身在 Green Monday 及 Mind Reset 的工作經驗,啟發她走上一條推廣靜觀、心靈環保的道路,希望從個人、企業到社群,處處種下善與智慧的種子。

Janice 相信一蓆一世界,瑜伽的世界觀是一套生活哲學,平衡連結身心靈,讓身體變得健康靈活,思緒清晰具創意,內心快樂知足。將對自身的覺察延伸開去,對萬事萬物都會更有愛及同理心,若每個人都投入當中,世界自然美好和諧。她鼓勵大家以開放探索的心態,接觸不同種類的瑜伽練習,面對及挑戰自己的強弱,平衡陰陽能量,啟發內在潛能。

Janice 已完成 200 小時瑜伽導師專業培訓,師承 Amanda Yim。她同時是一名自由工作者,透過寫作、翻譯、活動統籌等工作,將正念帶進工作與生活中。

Janice has been practising yoga since 2015 and am still amazed by its powerful healing energy. Her previous work experience in Green Monday and Mind Reset also nurtured her to spread mindfulness movement to individuals, corporations and the community.

Janice believes that yoga is a philosophy and mindful way of living, creating space for mind-body connection. With a healthy and balanced body, a clear and innovative mind, a joyful and abundant heart, yoga makes everyone a better person and a world full of love and compassion. She encourages students to explore different styles of yoga with an open heart, challenging ones strength and weakness, uncovering potentials and balancing Yin Yang energy.

Janice has completed her 200-hour teacher training with Amanda Yim. She is also a freelancer who constantly brings mindfulness to her work life through writing, translation and event planning.
