這課堂結合了傳統的瑜伽體式和一些近代的力量／靈活度訓練，(如：plyometrics 及核心肌肉鍛練)。跟其他串聯瑜伽堂一樣，我們將以呼吸去串連不同的瑜伽式子以挑戰我們的身體和心智、幫助我們建立力量及耐力。課堂將提供不同的選擇，各程度的同學均可參加: 初學者可由基本的式子建立肌力﹑定期練習者則可選較進階的式子練習。
This dynamic class combines the traditional yoga asanas with some modern strength and mobility training such as plyometrics and targeted core conditioning.
As in all vinyasa classes, we will move from pose to pose connected by our breaths. The variety of movements in the class challenges both our physical bodies and our mind, helping us building strength and stamina. It is an all-level class with options for more regular practitioners to go for stronger poses and for more beginner students to build strength.
