2008 年 Alice 帶著好奇的心上了第一個瑜伽課堂，並很快成為公司附近其中一所瑜伽館的會員，開始嘗試不同類型的瑜伽課。練習瑜伽一段時間後，她察覺到透過進行定期瑜伽練習，她的健康狀況有所改善。她看醫生的次數從每月一次降到每年一次。另外，她的脾氣也比以前改善。瑜伽不僅幫助Alice增強身體的免疫力，身心得到放鬆及平衡，而且練習中她尋找到無窮的快樂及挑戰。
為了加深對瑜伽的認識，Alice 於 2014 年首次參加了 Janet Lau 的 200 小時瑜伽教師培訓，成為業餘教師。這個培訓課程引導了她在瑜伽旅途上的身體及心靈發展，將瑜伽帶到生活中。她不斷參加其他瑜伽教師培訓，研討會，以增加她在不同領域的知識。她希望透過教授瑜伽能夠啟發他人，與他人分享她的知識，讓更多人認識瑜伽。
Alice attended her first yoga class in 2008 out of curiosity and very quickly joined a membership to try different types of yoga classes. After a while she noticed that by practicing yoga regularly, her health condition had improved. The frequency of her doctor’s visit reduced from once a month to once a year. In addition, her bad temper was also improved. Yoga has not only helped Alice strengthen her physical body but also harmonise her mental state while she finds joy and relax.
To deepen the yoga knowledge, Alice had the opportunity to take her first yoga teacher training, a 200-hour Power Vinyasa Teacher Training with Janet Lau, in 2014 and became a part-time teacher. The course has guided the spiritual path development in her journey, bringing yoga to life and living at the present moment. She continuously attends yoga teacher training, workshops, retreats to increase her knowledge in different areas. Her aims are to inspire others, share what she knows with the community, make yoga accessible to people.
