Cally 第一次接觸瑜珈要倒數 34 年前了，當時給一本 "瑜伽治百病" 的書籍所吸引，買回家後自學模仿書裏面嘅動作，如蓮花座及蛇式，印象非常深刻。後來漸漸就像一般人一樣，走上工作結婚生兒育女之路，瑜伽這件事在這段時期被遺忘了。直到 2008 年，兒女長大了，私人時間多了，工餘時間便參加瑜伽興趣班。期間日漸覺得當時的工作非常刻板，而另一方面在學習瑜伽過程中，自覺對自身身體狀態精神上帶來非常大療瘉及滿足感，從而希望在瑜伽方面更深入了解及學習。
她一面工作，一面爭取時間練習，最後用了一年半時間於 2018 年完成 200 小時導師課程，師承 Dickson Lau。其後又因她的女兒懷孕了，便再參加了孕婦瑜伽導師培訓，希望可以教授自己女兒，幫助她順利生產，減低懷孕期間不適以及產後修身。此外她亦考取了輪瑜伽導師牌照，利用此輔助工具主要提升後彎，身體柔韌度、平衡力，可以幫助初學者減低動作難度，相反亦可以提升力量及動作難度。而她對瑜伽的理念是從呼吸開始，去感受身心，了解自我，從動作上感受個人體能耐力之提升，柔軟度之變化，對自我挑戰感受到愉悅，改善體態及不正確姿勢。經過這些年瑜伽上的修練，帶給她的正能量及各種內外在好處，非常希望將之帶給身邊所有人。
Cally’s first ‘yoga experience’ dated back 34 years ago with a fancy Yoga book. She was impressed and started to practice by imitating postures illustrated as Lotus and Cobra poses. However, she was caught up with life at that time and did not continue to pursue the yoga path. Until 2008, she began to have more me-time and started to pick up yoga again to practice a more aware, healing and fulfilling life. She then decided to embark on a journey to further study yoga.
In 2018, she finished her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Dickson Lau and her prenatal yoga training with Jessica. She also completed her Yoga Wheel Teacher Training. Yoga to her begins with a breath. Using the breath to feel our body, to understand ourselves and to feel our physical endurance from the yoga asanas. With the years of yoga practice under her belt, she hopes to bring her positive vibes to the classroom and share with her students.
