對於平日思緒繁雜的 Stephanie 來說，每當回想起自己竟能在人生第一節瑜伽課堂專注整整一小時，依然使她感到十分錯愕。對恆常運動的 Stephanie 來說，特別獨鍾於瑜伽，因為每次練習也令她更深入了解自己身體各部份，讓她更連結自己的身、心、靈。而隨著 Stephanie 的瑜伽練習日深，她對「活在當下」有了更深層的了解和體會，這正好為其日常生活提供一個更踏實、更穩固的基石。
Stephanie 於 2017 年跟隨 Tryphena Chia 完成了 200 小時 Baptiste Power Vinyasa 瑜伽教師培訓。在每次課堂中，她會致力為同學們提供一個身心靈兼備的良好練習，旨在讓各同學得到放鬆及煥然一新的感覺。
When Stephanie did her first few yoga classes, she was amazed by yoga’s ability to focus her mind for the full hour, because it normally jumps around a lot. As someone who does a lot of sports, she was also surprised to feel muscles she never realized she had, and greatly enjoyed yoga as a physical exercise. As her practice of yoga deepens, she is gaining a better understanding of what it means to be present in the moment and it helps her get grounded in life.
Stephanie completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training with Tryphena Chia in 2017. She is committed to give her students a good workout - both physically and mentally every class, aiming to send students off relaxed and refreshed.
