課堂指引 House Rules

上課時間 TIME

所有課堂均準時開始,敬請守時。建議於上課前 10 分鐘到達,門會於課堂開始後 5 分鐘上鎖,不得內進以保持安靜的練習環境。

Be punctual. You are advised to arrive 10-minute before class to prepare yourselves. All classes start on time. Door will be locked 5-minute after the start of class.

預約上課 RESERVATION

所有課堂必需於 Chimaga Mindbody System 網上預約。

Online Reservation is required via Chimaga Mindbody System.

取消預約 CANCELLATION

已預約的課堂可於上課前 3 小時取消預約。所有未能於 3 小時前取消/沒有出席已預約的課堂節數則會照例被扣減。

Cancellation can be made 3 hours before the start time of the class. You will still be charge for one class if you cancel any time later than that / no show.

服飾 CLOTHING

課堂會有彎腰提腿等動作,請穿舒服稱身的運動服,但盡量避免太鬆身的服飾。同時,你亦可考慮準備一條圍巾於靜觀練習/大休息時使用。

Comfortable well-fitted sports clothing. Not too loose as we will bend down or legs up. You may prepare a scarf for the meditation practice or Savasana (final resting post).

課前準備 WHAT TO BRING

你可為自己準備面巾和水樽,而我們會提供其他瑜伽練習所需物品,包括瑜伽墊/輔助配件。

You may bring a face towel and water bottle for your own convenience. We will provide things you will need for your yoga practice such as mats and other props.

課堂禮儀 CLASS ETIQUETTE

於課堂內請保持肅靜,並請將手機關掉/調校為全靜音模式。

Please refrain from chatting once you have entered the class to centre yourself. Kindly keep your mobile phones switched off or in complete silent mode.

設施 FACILITIES

我們設有飲水機(請自備水樽)、更衣室和洗手間,但沒有提供淋浴設施。

There are changing rooms for you to get changed and washrooms for freshen up, but no shower is available. There is also a water dispenser for filling up your bottle if needed.

受傷/不適 INJURIES

若你身體各部位曾經受傷或有任何不適,請於上課前通知老師,老師將會因應你的情況而調整練習姿勢。我們將不會負上任何傷害或損害的責任。

You must inform the teacher if you are suffering from any kind of physical injuries / conditions so that modifications can be given to you. We do not assume liability for any injuries or damages.
